Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. As each piece is handmade to order, please allow up to 10–14 days for production. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, there may be a slight delay in dispatch. If your order is significantly delayed, we will reach out to you by email to keep you informed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your country and the total weight of your order:

Ukraine (via Nova Poshta) 0.0 kg – 5.0 kg: $2.00 5.0 kg – 20.0 kg: $4.00

Australia, Canada, China 0.0 kg – 0.6 kg: $20.00 0.6 kg – 2.0 kg: $30.00

Rest of the World 0.0 kg – 1.0 kg (Standard): $20.00 0.0 kg – 1.0 kg (Express): $69.00 1.0 kg – 3.0 kg: $37.00

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your parcel directly through our online store.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. Any such charges imposed during or after delivery are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Damaged Orders

We are not liable for items that are damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Important: please hold on to all original packaging materials and the damaged items until the claim has been resolved.
