Please note: underwear cannot be returned. Exchange or alteration is available under the conditions below.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your parcel. When sending items back, please make sure to keep proof of postage. All returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they are safely received by us.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE
If you are returning an item from outside Ukraine, please send your parcel via a tracked shipping service and retain your proof of postage. Returned goods remain the customer's responsibility until they arrive at our address.
We will cover the cost of international return shipping if your order arrived incorrect or with a defect. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
HOW TO SEND AN EXCHANGE
To process your exchange, we need to receive the items back at our office in their original, unworn condition. Please pack everything securely before sending.
If you are sending from outside Ukraine, please mark the package clearly as "exchanged goods".
IMPORTANT
We are unable to accept exchanges for items that have been worn or are not in their original condition. Please ensure all products are unworn, unaltered, and in the state in which they were received.
